THE RED WINES BY BIGAI

A MI MANERA RED

“A mi manera” red is the result of a blend of extremely mature Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franconia. Aged partly in small oak barrels and partly in steel tanks, it renews the flavors of the past, keeping the balance as the protagonist. Its perfumes express virile elegance and perfect harmony.

CABERNET

It seduces with the freshness of spring blooms and is enriched with olfactory memories of fertile undergrowth, steeped with the sweetness of sour ruby ​​fruits, effused with musky and woody fragrances. This wine emanates an intoxication of flavors, so original thanks to the pungent intensity of tannins.

MERLOT

Merlot “A Mi Manera” comes from the countryside, as a result of a late harvest and balanced fermentation. It’s simply complex and its elegant structure because of the low yields of grapes per hectare, with fragrances, hints and aromas like no other wine.

PINOT NERO

This new production that will poured in the glass this year for the first time, has its roots in the teachings of my father, who knew how to characterize this wine, noble in essence, with the consolidated mastery of the craft methods; where the taste of marasca was imminent, in a rich undergrowth of berries and fruity suggestions.
