- Grape Variety: 70% Tocai 10% Malvasia 10% Chardonnay and 10% Picolit
- Soil: Calcareous Clay
- Harvest Time: Depends on the grapes, almost all in mid-September
- Vine Training System: Guyot and Sylvoz
- Winemaking: The grapes ferment spontaneously, remaining in maceration on their skins for 24 hours at a controlled temperature fermenting in stainless steel tanks. After that, the wine rests for 2 months in unglazed concrete tanks, then it will age another 8 months in large untoasted French oak barrels.

- Aroma: Yellow-fleshed tropical fruits, with a rich and intricate bouquet also with hints of minerality and spices
- Taste: Harmonious, full body
- Aging: 2 months in concrete tanks and 8 months in large (25 hl) French oak barrels in non toasted wood
- Food Pairings: Goes well with risottos and seafood soups, also excellent when eaten with all white meats
- Serving Temperature: Cool, between 12° to 15° C
